Dark Mark – a very noble, modern and velvety black horse. The four-year-old gelding of Dream Boys is outstandingly balanced and has a great willingness to learn. By „playing around“ with new tasks, he shows from the beginning that there are no limits to the possibilities on the way to advanced dressage. With an excellent trot sequence and an optimal uphill canter and a desirable walk, Dark Marc quickly floats into the hearts of the team at Holtwiesche stable. The late gelded Dark Mark has a wonderful and strong charisma, not least due to the long time as a stallion. The father Glock’s Dream Boy N.O.P. is presented with great success at Grand Prix level and is an important member of the Dutch dressage team. He combines the three most important stallion lines in the Netherlands. He was Vivaldi's first KWPN licensed son in the black color, which combines the famous stallions Krack C and Jazz in his pedigree. His dam's father Ferro is the father of Edward Gal's famous Olympic horse GLOCK’s Undercover and the grandfather of the Olympic champion Valegro. Father's father Glock’s Johnson TN N.O.P. had worked his way up to the absolute top of the dressage sport under Hans Peter Minderhoud. He not only reached 11th place in the FEI world rankings, took eighth place in the individual ranking at the Olympic Games in Rio, won team gold at the 2015 European Championships in Aachen and secured a bronze medal solo, but is also a top-class sire.
